New Moodle websites are automatically created at the beginning of the school year, and teaching staff and students receive access based on registration and placement. Notification of the development of the new websites is sent to teaching staff.

Working in groups is especially useful in cases where different tasks are given to groups of course participants, for example:
- Forum discussions so that only members of the same group can participate and respond
- Presenting certain resources only to certain groups
- Dividing the work of the course team so that each person is responsible for a separate group
Activities can be presented in two ways:
- Separate groups - each group sees only the content relevant to it
- Visible groups - all groups can see all the content

Please note that files (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) containing personal information of students (including ID numbers, grades, names, emails, etc.) must not be published on the course websites. The prohibition on publishing files applies to uploading files to the course website, to forums and messages, or any other way that makes the information accessible to course participants and/or other audiences.
Grade management must be carried out using the grade management mechanism built into the course websites.

Gradescope is a platform used for learning assessment, based on leading technology to provide solutions for organizing, storing, checking and returning feedback on student work. The tool is suitable for assignments, online homework, programming projects and tests. In addition to the fact that the platform allows for convenient cross-checking with organized indicators and uniformity in feedback, it also encourages the identification of trends and analysis of statistical data.
The system provides the teaching staff with a broad and clear picture of the status of the learners, including a view of the levels of knowledge mastery. For example, based on the results obtained, the grading method can be refined and adjusted and adapted to the wide variety of student responses. Another advantage concerns the possibility of checking and grading the materials simultaneously by several staff members, thus facilitating and streamlining the testing processes in multi-participant courses. Furthermore, in order to enable consistency in testing, the platform provides a solution for creating and maintaining a collaborative database of comments and responses for the teaching staff.
We are integrating the platform into the Technion's database of electronic learning and teaching tools and we would be happy to help you integrate it into your courses. The system can be used from within the model and can be used for a wide variety of courses and types of assignments. Poll Everywhere is a platform for creating and conducting real-time surveys, used by classroom teaching teams to collect information from students, increase active learning, and enable active participation by all learners in the classroom, even those who would usually choose not to express their opinions and positions openly in class. Participants answer the survey online using their device (smartphone, computer, or tablet). Immediately after the survey is completed, the results can be displayed, which encourages discussion and dialogue as a follow-up activity. The platform also allows for the integration of gamification into learning, by introducing elements of competition and scoring.
The tool enriches classroom teaching methods and allows students to test their understanding of the material in different ways. It helps the teaching team receive immediate feedback on the state of learning, the degree of understanding of the material, and the need to repeat and explain topics where difficulties have been discovered. It provides faculty with real-time assessment and highlights the need for changes and adjustments in lesson structure and content for the audience.
The Poll Everywhere platform is another technopedagogical tool that the Center for Promotion of Learning and Teaching is incorporating into its toolkit for teaching and learning. To integrate the tool into your moodle site, you are invited to select it from the menu of resources and activities available in each learning unit.
