Deleting and/or hiding content after copying

The process of copying the contents from other sites duplicates all the contents to the new site, but sometimes we would like to display only part of the contents on the site.

Some of the resources and files can be deleted or removed.

Deleting all content on the website:

If you copied content from the wrong website and you want to delete all the content of the website in order to clean it:

Go to editing mode and then click on the "bulk actions" option at the top of the page

Now you can mark at least one teaching unit and then mark the "select all" checkbox at the bottom of the page and then click on "delete" at the bottom of the screen

Deleting/hiding a limited number of resources:

1. Activate edit mode on the site using the button on the right side in the top bar.

2. To edit a single resource, on the right side of each resource/activity on the website there is a marking of 3 dots. You can use them to perform the following actions:

To edit several resources together, you can select the "multiple edit" option (as described above in deleting all contents) and then mark on the left side of each item that you want to perform some action on such as: deletion, duplication, changing the availability status. Then clicking at the bottom of the screen on the required action. For example "delete".

4. The system will perform the operation, the process can take some time.

Deleting/hiding all items in a unit or units on the site:

If you want to delete/hide all the resources/files in a certain study unit or several units - you can go directly to the "multiple editing" option, choose which units you wish to perform the operation on. The system will mark all the check boxes in those units and then you can click on the appropriate link for the desired action (delete/change availability) at the bottom of the page.

In the same way, you can show hidden files, move and duplicate resources and files.
