If you have recorded a Zoom meeting to the cloud and after it has been uploaded to Panopto, only the speaker's camera is displayed, and no continuation shared during the recording is displayed (assuming it was recorded), the following steps must be taken:

1. Log in to Panopto as the user who created the Zoom meeting

2. Locate the relevant recording and click "edit"

3. At the bottom of the screen, check that there are two lines: the top one represents the speaker's camera, and the bottom one represents screen sharing. The screen sharing line should be darker (a sign that this part is hidden). Click with the mouse anywhere on the bottom bar, so that a gray line appears in that place. Pull the line to one side all the way, then let go and pull it to the other side all the way. Now the entire bottom bar should be light, meaning exposed to viewers.

4. Then click "apply" at the top of the screen.

The system will reprocess the file and it will be ready for viewing after some time (depending on the file size and recording duration).
