Changing the weights of the grade components

1. To manage grades on the main page of the course, click on "Course Management" (in the top bar, three gears) and then "Gradebook setup".

2. A table containing all the grade components currently available on the site will be displayed. There is a box next to each component where you can write the weight of the component.

This process can also be performed for categories of grades (for example, defining a category of "homework" and grouping all homework into it. You can define the weight of each homework in relation to the other exercises, while giving the category itself a weight relative to the other components of the grade).
