Opening a lecturer's request to add a free listener to his course

A lecturer in a course who is interested in adding a free listener to his/her course site will open a request at the following link.

Moodle system category -> Lecturers and practitioners -> Access request for course sites

The request will contain the following text with the following details:

I am the lecturer in the course <course number> in the semester <winter / spring / summer>

I authorize the free listener <ID number (9 digits)>, <first name>, <last name>, <email address> to join as a free listener on the course moodle site.

On Thursday, the free listeners received this week will be created by the Center for Promotion of Learning and Teaching. A local user in moodle will be created for them and they will be associated with the course site.

Free listeners are created up to 4 weeks from the start of the semester.

After this date, free listeners cannot be added to courses this semester.
